In the current state of the economy it is hard to think of spending money on
something that isn't broken (yet). But in all of my years in this business, I have
never seen a better opportunity for our customers.
President Obama has signed a new Energy Tax Credit for 2009 that will
give us upto $1500 on high eff. heat pumps and furnaces or 30 % of cost
on a geothermal heat pump . This money can be used to install the
highest efficient Heating and Cooling equipment.
We installed a new Lennox XP19 2-stage heat pump in our home this last
year and cut our heating bill in half. In the past it has been hard to justify
installing this style of high efficient equipment. But with these incentives it
won't cost any more than standard equipment. The 2-stage variable speed air
handler is incredible. In low stage which is where it runs most of the time. You
can hardly notice it is on. It is so quiet. Call me for a free cost analysis on
